Process of Employment visa in UAE

 

1. Quota Approval

         After the recruitment process, the initial step is to get quota approval from the Ministry of Labour.

2. Job offer contract

         Once the employer gets the approval for the quota, the next process is to get the contract signed between employer and employee

3. Work permit

          If the Job offer got signed by both parties, the company will apply for the work permit

4. Entry Visa

           If the employee's work permit gets approved, MOL will issue the Entry visa with that employee can enter the country

5. Medical Screening

              Medical testing is important for all applying for the residential visa

6. Labour Contract

           With the medical results and the Emirates ID application, employer will apply for the Labour contract

7. Emirates ID application

            Emirates ID is mandatory for all the residential visa holders

8. Resident visa and work permit

               The final step is to stamp the residential visa on the passport.
